Methods of
Payment
I accept all major credit cards via PayPal, Postal Money
Orders, and checks. If you choose to pay with a check, your order will
be shipped as soon as the check has been cleared by my bank. Checks
should be made payable to Matt Ozsvath.
Payment Plans
I know how it is to want a very special reptile, but not have
the money for it at the time, so I am always happy to arrange payment
plans on my animals. I require a 20% deposit to hold an animal, but
after that the payments can be made in whatever way is agreed upon
between us. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable, unless I
cannot provide you with the animal.
Guarantee
I always guarantee live arrival of a 100% healthy animal
provided that someone is available to sign for the package immediately
upon arrival. If I am uncomfortable with the shipping temperatures on a
given day I simply will not ship at that time. Should a package become
lost or arrive late as a result of problems with UPS or Fed-Ex that is
on me and will never be something you need to worry about. Should an
animal arrive expired or in distress, you must notify me within 12 hours
of receipt. In the event of a loss I will replace your animal with an
animal of equal value at your discretion or give you a full refund to
include the cost of shipping. Please note that I may require the animal
be sent back to me at my cost or I may request photos of the animal. If
I do not hear from you within 12 hours of delivery, I will assume that
you are completely satisfied with your purchase and consider our
transaction complete.
Pricing
All Prices are subject to change with out notice, except for
animals that I've already taken deposits on.
Deposits
I am always happy to keep a waiting list for animals that I
expect to produce. I give priority to individuals leaving a 20% deposit.
Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable, unless I cannot
provide you with the animal. Once animals are made available, people on
the waiting list will be contacted to arrange for full payment. Should a
customer not be able to arrange for payment at this time any deposits
which had been given will be forfeited and the animal will be offered to
the next person on the waiting list.
Shipping
I ship via UPS or Fed-Ex overnight to your door. I always use
high quality insulated shipping boxes with hot or cold packs when
necessary. The animals themselves will always be contained in
appropriately sized containers to minimize their risk of injury. Please
note that I have no interest in making money off of shipping you your
animals, so feel free to e-mail me for an exact price quote on your
shipment.
